Julie Heffernan gave a lecture on November 4th as part of Enchantment, the International Distinguished Artists Symposium and Exhibit. The Joseloff Gallery describes her work as "theatrical and opulent paintings that reinterpret allegory, portraiture, history painting, and still life with a haunting mystery and ominous beauty."
